For our sixth biannual event we explore the paths carved by a panel of inspiring women in their professional journey through academia.  Our speakers share some insight on the challenges as well as the learning curves that have equipped them with the skills to excel in their careers. With diverse backgrounds, their perspectives also give us insight into what it means to be a woman in academia not only in Japan but also abroad.
